Are there any setup fees?
No. There is no setup fee, and billing starts the day your site goes live, not before.
Will I be stuck in a long-term contract?
No. Web Essentials is month to month. You can cancel any month from your panel.
What happens if I cancel?
It's yours. The website, your domain and every form submission. We export the whole site as files you can host anywhere and release your domain the same week. No export fee, no 12-month hostage clause.
How long until my site is live?
Your free preview arrives within one business day of the work order. Once you activate it, we replace the placeholders with your real photos and reviews and put it on your domain, usually within three business days.
What if my trade isn't listed?
Pick “Not listed” on the work order. Today we build for HVAC, plumbing and roofing companies, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're ready for yours.
Are there upsells coming?
Web Essentials is complete as described. The extras on this page are optional and priced separately, never carved out of the $97. Text-message follow-up, review requests, online booking and invoicing aren't for sale yet; we're building them on our own platform and will offer them when they're real.
Do you provide monthly invoices?
Yes. An invoice is emailed to you each month, and every one is in your panel.
